Closed fuel tank valve

Turn fuel tank valve to ON

position.

Fuel tank empty or water-

contaminated.

Refill. Siphon and fill with

fresh fuel.

Fuel filter clogged or water-

Clean, check fuel tank for

water.

Fouled/defective spark

plugs.

Replace.

Misuse of choke

Use only with cold engine.

Replace spark plugs.

Fuel-flooded engine.

Faulty component in the

fuel injection system (RFI
